• Role Purpose: Health, Safety, and Environmental Engineer coordinates with functional teams to perform assessments, inventories, and inspections supporting zero injuries, zero environmental incidents, zero non-conformances
• Plant and Operational Safety Management: Manage safety in plant and store (machine safety, electrical safety, project safety, contractor safety); build technical safety standards; periodically check and evaluate equipment safety
• HSE Technical Expertise and Program Development: Provide HSE technical expertise on manufacturing systems, process design, operating procedures; develop HSE programs; participate in engineering process for process safety
• Audits, Risk Assessment, and Compliance: Conduct regular HSE audits and reviews; recommend and oversee corrective and preventive measures; implement risk identification and assessment; liaise with government authorities
• Emergency Preparedness and Safety Network: Prepare fire protection rehearsals; conduct firefighting training monthly; build and develop safety network team
• Required: Bachelor's degree minimum, 3-5 years HSE experience, experience in plant/store safety management, developing technical safety standards, implementing risk assessments
• Preferred: Manufacturing or restaurant operations experience
• Required: Ability to cooperate with departments, build safety network, liaise with government authorities
• Required: Good knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, HSE Management Systems, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Preferred: HSE software and MS Office proficiency
