SENIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER – IPPUDO

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Restaurant Manager (SRM), you will oversee the operational performance of multiple Ippudo stores while developing Restaurant Managers into confident and independent leaders.

• Successful new store openings and a strong internal leadership pipeline

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee multi-store operations, ensuring consistent Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) and brand standards
• Monitor and improve revenue, KPI, COL and COGS performance across assigned stores
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers through structured feedback, guidance and performance reviews
• Identify operational gaps and drive improvement across stores by sharing best practices
• Support new store openings, including RM training, onboarding and operational readiness
• Follow up on QA audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
• Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future restaurant leaders
• Report operational and business performance to the Head of Ippudo Business

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Experience managing large teams and/or multiple stores is highly preferred
• Strong capabilities in people development, coaching and leadership
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, QSC, KPI, revenue and cost management
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in Japanese restaurants or ramen brands is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
