[Nha Trang] Restaurant Manager

GOAL:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Excellence:

• Deliver memorable guest experiences beyond expectations
• Ensure service, food quality, food safety, and store ambience meet 4P's standards
• Monitor store KPIs and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen)
• Enhance team knowledge to continuously elevate service quality

People Development:

• Recruit, train, and develop new partners
• Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key positions
• Ensure timely training completion and continuous coaching

Business Operations:

• Own store P&L and drive sustainable business performance
• Optimize labor costs, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and COGS
• Maintain operational efficiency while delivering excellent guest experiences

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant chains
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
• Advanced English communication skills
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
• Aligned with 4P's values: Omotenashi, Authenticity, Kaizen, and Compassion

TRAINING & WORKING SCHEDULE:

• 3–4 months onboarding and training at a designated store
• 200 working hours/month, 8-hour shifts, 1 day off/week, flexible scheduling based on operations
